Cornmeal Muffins

1egg, beaten
1cupsour milk
1½ t. melted grease

½ t. salt
¾ C cornmeal
1/3Cflour
1½ t. baking powder

½ t. baking soda
Sift dry ingredients together. Mix in egg, sour milk, and grease. Pour batter into ban. Bake until golden brown at 425 degrees. Most recipes say fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
