BBQ Beef

Cook 3-5 lb. beef roast until tender. Cut into small pieces, trimming off fat.
Sauce:
1½ C Kraft BBQ sauce
1Cketchup

3-4 T. brown sugar
1tdry mustard

½ - ¾ C water
1tWorcestershire sauce

Combine sauce ingredients and let come to a boil. Por over roast and cook uncovered at 325.
