Rosemary’s Rolls

3 1/4cupsflour
2tspsalt
2TblsDry yeast
2 1/4cupsmilk
1/4CupHoney
1/4Cupbutter
2CupsWhole Wheat Flour(can use all white or only 1 cup whole wheat)

Sift 2 cups white flour, salt and yeast into mixing bowl.
Dissolve honey and butter in hot milk, then cool to luke warm. Add to the
flour mixture. Beat 2 minutes on medium. Add 1 cup whole wheat(white)
flour and beat 2 minutes on high. Mix in rest of flour to make a stiff but
sticky dough. Knead mixture by hand or use dough hook on your kitchen aid.
(add more flour if needed)
Place dough in a greased bowl, turn once to grease top. let raise till
double (abut 1 hour) Punch down and form into 2 dozen rolls. Place on a
grease jelly roll pan(cookie sheet) and let raise till double. (they will be
touching each other). When you let the dough rise, you should cover it, I
usually place a towel or plate over the bowl and a dish towel over the
rolls.
Bake 12-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
