Strawberry Bread

3Cflour
1tbaking soda
1tsalt
1Tcinnamon
2Csugar
4eggs, beaten
1.25Cvegetable oil
2Cthawed sliced frozen strawberries
1.25Cchopped pecans

Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans. Stir until just moistened. Do not use mixer. Spoon into well-greased 9x5x3 loaf pans. Bake 350 for 60-70 minutes. Cool in pans 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Better if left to stand overnight before slicing.
