| C | thawed sliced frozen strawberries | |
| C | chopped pecans | |
Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, oil, strawberries and pecans. Stir until just moistened. Do not use mixer. Spoon into well-greased 9x5x3 loaf pans. Bake 350 for 60-70 minutes. Cool in pans 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool. Better if left to stand overnight before slicing. |
