1lbboneless chicken breasts or chicken tenders
0.25Cgrated parmesan cheese
1tLowry’s seasoned salt
0.5CItalian bread crumbs
1tthyme
1tbasil
1tcayenne pepper
1tgarlic powder
1/8Cwater

Cut chicken into nugget-sized pieces. Place all ingredients into zip-lock bag. Shake until chicken is well covered. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Bake nuggets on cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 400.
