8oz swiss cheese (shredded)
8oz grueyere cheese (shredded)
1Cchardonnay
1/2oz grand marnier

garlic
2Tbspflour

salt/pepper to taste
butter
Rub butter on saucepan. Mix cheese with flour and set aside. Heat chardonnay & garlic, add cheese a little at a time stirring until melted. when all cheese is melted add salt, pepper and grand marnier. If moving to a fondue pot, rub the pot with butter first, then transfer cheese. Use cut up bread, broccoli, green apples, etc for dipping.
