Cranberry Habanero Chutney

5oz. frozen cranberries
1cupfresh pineapple, finely chopped
1cinnamon stick, finely chopped
1habanero chili, seeded and minced
1oz. ginger, finely chopped
1cupgranulated sugar
4tbspapple cider vinegar

Combine all and slow simmer for about 1 hour
