Curried Chicken Salad



4large or 8 small croissants
3/4cupquartered grapes
2tsplemon juice (or half a lemon)
2cupsleftover chicken, chopped

1-3 green onions (optional)
1/4cuppecan pieces, toasted
1/2tspcurry powder (or a little more)
1/4cuplight mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut open croissants and fill with chicken salad.
