INGREDIENTS
2cupsfresh basil
1cupfresh Italian parsley
1/2cupParmesan or romano cheese, grated
1/2cuppine nuts, toasted
4garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1/4teaspoon salt
1/8teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2cupolive oil
1tablespoon lemon juice
2tablespoons water

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Puree until the mixture forms a smooth, thick paste.
This is a recipe that tastes better as it sits in the refrigerator. So it's actually good to make it ahead of time!
