| Mix thoroughly: | ||

| eggs | ||
Sift together and stir in: | ||
| C | sifted flour | |
| t | cream of tartar | |
| t | baking soda | |
| t | salt | |
Mix together in small bowl: | ||
| T | sugar | |
| t | cinnamon | |
Roll into balls the size of small walnuts, then coat with cinnamon sugar mixture. Place 2” apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 until lightly browned, but still soft, about 8-10 minutes. (These cookies puff up at first then flatten out.) Makes 5 dozen 2” cookies. |
