|Cloves Garlic, minced|

|Cans Coconut Milk|
|C||broth (chicken or vegetable - make your own to ensure that it's paleo)|
In a pot, saute onion in the oil until soft. Add garlic and mushrooms and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add broth and coconut milk. Bring to a boil for one minute, then simmer for 20 minutes.
