1Cpecans or almonds
1 1/3Cpitted dates OR 2 1/5 C dates if using almonds(If you want a sweeter result, up the proportion of dates.)
2-3Tcinnamon

Chop/blend all the ingredients, using a food processor. Roll into balls. Roll in chopped nuts or unsweetened coconut for a little added texture.
