Zucchini Raisin Cookies

Ingrients:
1/2cuphoney
1/4cupcoconut oil, melted
1/4cupapplesauce
1teaspoon vanilla
1egg
1tspbaking soda
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspground cloves
1tspcinnamon
3cupsalmond meal
1cupgrated zucchini or yellow squash
1cupraisins

Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. Cream together honey, applesauce, vanilla, and egg. Add melted coconut oil and mix well. Add dry ingredients, then add zucchini and raisins. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper, drop spoonfuls of dough on paper and bake at 350 degrees for 12 min.
After removing from the oven, cool for a little bit then stuck them in the fridge to set up better. For best results, store in the refrigerator.
