1/4+1/8Ccocoa powder
1/4Ccoconut oil
1/4Cnatural unsweetened applesauce
1/2Calmond flour
1/4Ccoconut flour
1/2tspfine sea salt
1/4tspbaking soda
2eggs beaten

Mix flours, salt, and soda in a small bowl. Melt oil and add cocoa. In a mixing bowl combine oil/cocoa mixture, honey, applesauce, vanilla, and beaten eggs. Add flour mixture and beat on low for 2 minutes. Line 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper (or make mini cupcake brownies using paper liners.) Bake at 350 30-35 minutes (less for mini cupcake brownies… sorry, don't remember how long ~ 20 min?)
