Spaghetti

Sauce:
1small bulb garlic, minced
2Tolive oil
6oztomato paste
32ozdiced tomatoes (pureed)
6large romas (pureed)
2Ccherry tomatoes or other variety (pureed)
2Cbutternut squash or pumpkin (pureed)
2-3Cchopped mushrooms
2lbsground turkey, cooked, drained
2Tonion powder (or substitute fresh onion if desired)
4Toregano
3Tbasil

salt, pepper, cayenne to taste
Saute garlic in oil, add all ingredients, simmer at least 30 minutes, preferably a couple hrs
Serve over cooked spaghetti squash. Halve squash, remove seeds, cook face down at 350 for around 45 minutes
