Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Meat

3-4chicken breasts
1/2Cwater or broth
2tspdried minced onion
2tspchili powder
1/2tspcrushed red pepper
1/2tsporegano
1tspsalt
1tspgarlic
1tspcumin

Add all ingredients to slow cooker, cover and cook until chicken shreds easily. (chicken can be frozen when when you put it into the slow cooker - just need to cook longer.)
This is a staple in our house, we put the meat on salads or you can make a lettuce wrap taco with it. I also use it in tortilla soup (without tortillas.) If you think it needs more seasoning, just add more cumin, etc. The meat usually tastes more flavorful the next day.
