|jalapeņo peppers, seeded (include seeds for more heat)|

Put salsa ingredients into a food processor/blender/magic bullet until mixture is evenly chopped and mixed well.
|Put half of salsa in crock pot with the beef and cook on low approximately 8 hours, until beef shreds easily. Serve on a salad or a lettuce wrap with remaining salsa, diced tomatoes, and any other paleo toppings that you like.|
