Crockpot Pumpkin Chili

2lbsbeef, chunked
2cans paleo diced tomatoes (or 2 lrg tomatoes blended - not yet tested)
15ozpumpkin purée
1/2Cpaleo coconut milk
3Tchili powder
2tspcumin
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder
salt to taste

Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low approx 8 hours, until beef shreds easily. Shred the beef and serve.
*Onions and bell peppers would probably be really good with this - if you like that sort of thing! We usually sauté mushrooms & zucchini and add to the chili when it's ready to eat. Zucchini would get mushy in the crock pot. Add whichever paleo veggies that you like!
