Pumpkin Pie

3/4Cpitted dates
3/4Cpecans
15oz pumpkin purée
1Ccoconut milk
1/4Choney
2eggs
2tspcinnamon
1/4tspginger

Combine dates and pecans in food processor. Press into pie tin to form crust. Combine rest of ingredients to make pie filling. Pour over crust. Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand to cool then refrigerate.
